Hello friends and family. Thank you for visiting my page to learn about this effort to feed the hungry in the poorest and most afflicted of locations all around the world. We all know there are many people far less fortunate than we are in this world. We've all seen pictures and videos of starving people across the world; hungry, thirsty, emaciated, and ill from malnutrition. The fact that this exists has always bothered me, and I'm sure it bothers many of you too. Most of these needy people are born into poverty and have no opportunity in life, others become victims through civil war and natural disaster. Fortunately, there are great people out there who dedicate their lives, day-to-day, to helping and feeding those in greatest need and establishing long-term, sustainable solutions to their malnutrition issues. However, in order for them to do so it takes funding to purchase the food and supplies, ship it, build structures that transport clean drinking water, establish sustainable agricultural practices, and so on. It is my hope that we can help these people out and ease the suffering of the needy in lands far away by raising as much money as possible by June 21st.....

On June 21st of this year, I will run the TGNY 100, a 100 mile run starting and ending in Times Square, NY. I want to use this event as a fundraiser for Action Against Hunger. I call on you, my friends and family, to help me raise as much as possible in the mean time for this great cause. I ask that you personally donate to your heart's content. I also ask, for those of you still in school, namely my colleagues at Pace University, to reach out to your frats and sororities, to your honors clubs, to whatever group or groups you may be associated with, and conduct bake sales, talent shows, fashion shows, and whatever else you may desire and think up, to help raise money for this noble effort. For those of you working, I ask you to reach out in your place of work, where appropriate, and conduct a fund raiser or collection of sorts. I ask that everyone also reach out to their own friends and family. I will reach out to many of my friends at Pace - students, faculty, and staff - and also to my fellow leaders in my own corporation, to do my best to initiate a wonderful movement and maximize this opportunity. Help me in this endeavor. What better way to live one's life than to live it for others? Anyone can contact me at any time via my personal email address or my cell phone number; hunce18c@msn.com, 917-684-9940. I am willing to help out as much as I possibly can if you wish to do something but are not sure what to do, how to do it, and so on. Please don't hesitate. And if I can physically be there to assist, I will. Take this opportunity not only to help the world's suffering, but also to take courage, grow, become a leader, and spread goodness! See the website below to learn more about what great things Action Against Hunger has done and continues to do. Thank you all very much, I hope to do great things with you all and raise as much money as possible by June 21st to help feed the hungry and sustain their health.....

Raymond Hunce - Thank you so much, Camille, for being a part of this specific effort and more importantly for being a part of the more general and extremely noble effort of helping better society, both near and far! Charity is a wonderful thing, a thing that helps real people with real problems receive real solutions! But it takes people like you and everyone beneath this message to make the delivery of these solutions possible. Much thanks for your charitable spirit, backed by action!

"You inspire everyone around you to push themselves harder. This run too will push you, your friends and colleagues to advance their physical and mental limits. Your run is a great gift for all of us."
donated $151.00
Raymond Hunce
Raymond Hunce - It's easy to do, to push yourself in every aspect, when you're surrounded by great people who motivate you to be better in all ways. Everything I do, I personally know people who can do it better than me, whatever it may be; physical, mental, or academic. It's great to be friends with such a crowd. And thank you for being a part of the main part of all of this...the part about charity!

"Ray, I support you and your cause! Good luck. I only wish I could donate more."
donated $25.00
Raymond Hunce
Raymond Hunce - Thanks a ton Brandon. The main thing is doing! Thanks for not standing by, but actually doing by giving a portion of what's yours to someone else in great need! Don't worry about the amount, 25 is 25 more than 0!

"Donated in honor of my dad, Bill Rueger Sr."
donated $100.00
Raymond Hunce
Raymond Hunce - I am very grateful for your gift, Patricia! And just so you know, it costs $45 to put a malnourished, sick kid on a 45 day nutritional plan that saves his/her life. It's a simple metric, and so your gift equates to two additional lives being saved, with some extra left over to contribute towards a third! It's real stuff. It gives me great pleasure to see you, and everyone come together for a good cause. So again, thank you so much! Best.

Raymond Hunce - This is from my grandmother. She's always been one to give to others in need and she knows I appreciate this token of generosity and that it has real effects.

Raymond Hunce - Thank you very much Sonia! It's such a great pleasure to see people like you doing things - giving from their own lot - for the benefit of those with nothing. Thank you very much for helping me in this effort and becoming an active part of it!

Raymond Hunce
Raymond Hunce - Hey Johny, thanks a bunch, I really appreciate it! It'd be great to see you at the finish, and I wouldn't be surprised if the rest of the gang is there too, though I won't ask for it. I'll probably be coming in at some ridiculous hour anyway, like zero-dark-thirty in the morning or something. If you guys do come out and it's allowed...I'd have to look into the rules...I welcome you guys to join in the final few miles too (whatever "few" is...5 miles..10..20.. haha)! I'll see you soon bud!

"Ray You continue to inspire me, not just with your words, but your Actions. Good Luck and God Bless. Bill "
donated $100.00
Raymond Hunce
Raymond Hunce - Thank you very much Bill! And inspiration is quite contagious. I may inadvertently give it, it seems, but it's because I receive it in equal or greater amount from others; others past and present. By the way, I have a road bike now. So hopefully I won't get burned next time we ride in a self-made quadra-penta-deca-whatever-athlon haha! See you on the trails soon...
